Official Rules
Entry period: October 1–31, 2026. Prize details will be posted before the campaign begins.
1. Sponsor
The Eat Drink Wear Pink 2026 passport drawing (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by the American Cancer Society, Inc., a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Tax ID Number: 13-1788491. Mailing address: P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741. The Promotion is organized by volunteers of Men Wear Pink of Lane County as a community fundraiser benefiting the American Cancer Society.
2. Entry Period
The Promotion runs from 12:00 a.m. PT on October 1, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and immediate family members are not eligible. Alcoholic pink items require entrants to be 21 years of age or older; non-alcoholic participation is available at all venues.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Check-ins can be recorded at any participating venue during the Entry Period without any purchase.
5. How to Enter
Entrants may participate by (a) scanning the QR code at a participating venue and completing a digital check-in on the Pink Passport, or (b) completing the printable paper passport and submitting it by the deadline described on that passport. Each completed passport counts as one (1) entry.
6. Prize
The prize and its approximate retail value will be announced on this page and at participating venues before the campaign begins. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except by the Sponsor.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about the drawing date announced before the campaign begins. The winner will be notified by the email address associated with their entry. If a winner cannot be reached within the response window announced before the campaign begins, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Void Where Prohibited
This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Privacy
Information submitted with entries is used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and future Eat Drink Wear Pink campaign years. See our Privacy Policy for details.
