Apply
A short application — your business, your contact, and your pink item and donation if you've picked them. Takes about two minutes.
- Step 02
We review & approve
A Men Wear Pink team member reviews your submission and sends your campaign kit, including your printable Pink Passport QR code.
- Step 03
Host in October
Serve your pink item and display your QR code where guests can see it. Guests scan and their digital Pink Passport is stamped automatically — no staff interaction, no purchase required.
- Step 04
We collect donations
At the end of October, write a check for the total you've raised. A Men Wear Pink member picks it up by November 2, or share your total by then and we'll arrange pickup after.
