Sign up
Fill out the short form below — tell us your pink item (drink, mocktail, dessert, appetizer — get creative) and your donation (a percentage of each sale or a flat amount per item).
- Step 02
We review & approve
A Men Wear Pink team member reviews your submission and follows up with everything you need for October, including your printable Pink Passport QR code.
- Step 03
Host in October
Serve your pink item all month and display your QR code where guests can see it. Guests scan, sign in, and check themselves in — no staff interaction, no stamps, no purchase required. Prefer-paper guests can bring a printed passport and ask any staff member to sign it.
- Step 04
We collect donations
At the end of October, write a check for the total you've raised. A Men Wear Pink member will pick it up on November 1–2.
